In 2024, when we had very few project going, we heard of a location close to that would be exploited and be the site of several housing projects. When we was looking at the design of the projects, we were sadly not impressed. We then began to think how the location could be used and therefore I began to design a new modular hosuing project.

The concept we ended up with was pretty straigthforward: Apartments that are connected by a loft around a central courtyard. The loft is a great way to make a combined space that would also function as a balcony, facing inwards, which limits the noice from the outside. The courtyard have several plantingboxes, a children playground and social spaces. The apartments are made to be modular and is in different shapes to make the facades flexible and interesting.

3 rok (74,8 m2)
4 rok (118,5 m2)

In total I went on to make three different types of this projects. We made these projects to show how flexible the structure is. This project is also for sale, if a investor is interested.
