Villa Gustavsson

In 2023 we designed a few villas, of which Villa Gustavsson was one of them. The house is located on Värmdö, on a long, narrow plot with a lot of forest and vegetation. The house itself is recognizable by the fact that the villa and the smaller annex enclose a pool and a cultivation area. The social area of ​​the villa, such as the kitchen and living room, is found at the elevated center of the villa. This area has also been disturbed by window space, which lets in more daylight. The house has a total area of ​​149.3 m2 and has an annex of 39.4 m2 (this was interesting, as it is usually 30 m2, but on this particular plot it was 40 m2).
