Villa Nålen

In 2025 we was contaced by a couple that was interested to create a villa in northern Stockholm. The site had a pretty steap incline, which proved to be a challenge. This was solved by creating a wall, which would make the foundation of the villa stronger,

The characteristic feature of the villa is a central living room with high ceilings and spectacular windows that give you a fantastic view of the nearby forest. The villa is also divided into a bedroom area and a kitchen/laundry area. The house has a size of approximately 130 m2. The villa also needed to have a garage with an area of ​​35 m2

The villa consists of:
