Villa Röhn

In 2023, we were contacted by a client that would like to make a permit for a 90 m2 and a friggebod of around 15 m2. We designed the project with a large livingroom/ diningroom that were directed towards the beach and the nearby forest. A important detail of the house was that the villa needed to have 3 bedrooms, a master bedroom and 2 smaller bedrooms, so they would have room for a second child in the near future. This meant optimizing the floorplan to a great extent.
