Villa Sveden

Early in 2025, we found thru a facebook forum a couple that needed help with a building permit for a small villa and a annex. The site was large and had a large incline with several trees on the site. The villa and the annex where placed on the top of this incline, close to the road. This project was a interesting one, due to its limited size. The main house was small and the annex were able to be larger than expected. The clients loved nature and classical architecture, which we made sure to incorporate in the project.

The villa consited of:
- 2 x bedrooms
- a bathroom with laundry
- a kitchenarea
- a livingroom with diningspace

The annex consited of:
- a bathroom
- a storageroom
- a sleaping alcove
- a WIC
- a livingroom combined with a kitchenette
