Villa Drottningen

In 2023, we did a small villa for a private client in southern Stockholm. The project, a patio villa, is characterized by the somewhat narrow main building that surrounds the small courtyard. The villa sits on a small incline so a small supporting wall have been added to the sitework. Inside, the livingroom is the main spot, being spacous and having large ceiling heigth. The windows in this area lets in lots of natural sunligth.

The total footprint of the villa is around 81 m2 and have been highly optimized. The hallway have been one of the main focus througout the project, as you want it to end up with as small area as possible. The hallway ended up with a total area of 8 m2 divided into two.

The Villa consist of:

- laundryroom
- kitchenarea
- livingroom/ diningroom
- storage space.
